We know that using new technology can sometimes feel a little daunting. That’s why we have introduced NHS App Ambassadors.
Who are NHS App Ambassadors?
Our NHS App Ambassadors are trained staff and volunteers who are here to:
- Show you how to download and set up the NHS App.
- Guide you through key features, step by step.
- Answer questions and provide reassurance.
- Offer ongoing support if you need a little extra help.
The NHS App can save you time and make it easier to manage your health, but we understand not everyone feels confident using it right away. With the support of our ambassadors, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
- Look out for our App Ambassador sessions at the surgery, community centres, and local events.
- Ask at reception if you’d like to book time with an ambassador.
- Bring along your smartphone or tablet, and we’ll help you get set up.
