Since becoming more established as a Primary Care Network, we have expanded our involvement in local community events.
The Calder & Ryburn team have participated in numerous fundraisers, awareness campaigns, and pop-up clinics across the area.
Our Personalised Care Team regularly hosts events aimed at raising awareness about managing chronic conditions, improving mental health, and guiding people to the right healthcare resources. These sessions offer a chance for community members to connect with healthcare professionals in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Beyond health-focused activities, we actively engage in community projects such as local fairs, school initiatives, and charity events. These efforts help us build stronger connections within the community while promoting health and wellbeing for everyone.
Looking forward, we remain dedicated to growing these partnerships and providing personalised, accessible care tailored to the unique needs of our community.
If you feel you would like one of our team to attend an event you’re hosting, or if you would like to work with us on future events please contact: wyicb-cal.calder-ryburn-events@nhs.net
