Together We Can includes seasonal health advice to help you keep well whatever the weather. Knowing where to get the right care can save you time and help our NHS.
During winter and times of significant pressure on local services, the public are still encouraged to come forward and not to delay if they need help or are concerned about their health, but we want to ensure they’re using the right services and they know when to go to a pharmacy, use NHS 111 or their GP practice. This campaign also provides information about seasonal vaccinations for those who are eligible.
The campaign has an easy to navigate website. Here you will find help, advice and tips for keeping well, as well as other useful information on how to stay healthy. You can find out more by visiting togetherwe-can.com
What can we all do to help each other?

Health and care services are here to help. Save time by seeking medical advice and booking appointments online. Visit the NHS App or your GP practice website.

Get your flu and COVID-19 vaccines as soon as possible (if eligible). For details go to nhs.uk/vaccinations

Continue to be kind to our staff and each other. Please look out for your neighbours who may live alone or be lonely. Small gestures can make a big difference to someone’s day.
